Piano lessons are given in the quiet and peaceful environment of Marisa’s Portland home studio on a Kauai grand piano. Marisa is renowned for her patience, gentle nature and encouraging method of instruction that leaves students feeling uplifted and motivated after each lesson. Her approach combines music theory, piano technique, ear training as well as sight reading of a diversity of musical styles, primarily classical but also jazz and popular.

  • Piano lessons are given once per week and are available in 45 minute sessions or half-hour sessions (recommended for some young children ages 4-7).
  • Family discounts are available for 2 or more family members.
